|Recommended: YesJust Moved In — Just moved in and would say I am pleased with the apt. They are some things that I wish would be better quality. Our walls are thing so we get a lot of road noise which I don’t like. There isn’t great communication from the maintenance and I can figure out where to find past tickets that I have made to look at them and see which ones have been fixed or which ones are working on being fixed.

|Recommended: YesGreat Place To Live — I love how the staffs treated us from application to the date of move and how fast they accommodate our requests. I gave 4 stars for the parking availability because I wished there was more available carport close to our apartment. Nonetheless, there’s plenty of parking space available. For the grounds cleanliness, I wasn’t really sure if that includes the floor in the hallway, but just want to bring it up because every time we wash our clothes, there’s a lot of dust bunnies and I’m not sure if someone is responsible for cleaning it routinely. Overall, we love living here.
