|Recommended: YesI Love This Community — I would recommend to all my military friends and families The office ladies and maintenance team is top notch and I really love this community I call my family They have the best parties and celebrations and the dog park is the best for our pets I love that its suited for elderly generation and small families. And their landscaping is amazing

|Recommended: YesProperty Maintenance — Residents don’t clean up after their pets. I have had to clean up poop in front of my patio.
The mowers blow debris on the patios and can easily blow it off and clear the sidewalks.
There appears to be evidence of reoccurrences of mold in the bathroom. They have caulked over it several times.
Nice quiet area with friendly neighbors. Awesome staff❤️

|Recommended: YesHighly Recommend — Great place and centrally located. Grounds are kept in excellent condition, landscaping with lots of shade trees. Hallways are kept clean as you enter into a well maintained apartment. Staff are amazing and willing to go above and beyond.
